WooCommerce

Our online store is developed using WooCommerce software. Personal data that you provide to us for our services is shared with this party. WooCommerce Hosting

Our online store is developed using WooCommerce software, and we have chosen AndersTransIP for our web hosting. Personal data you provide for our services is shared with AndersTransIP. AndersTransIP has access to your data to provide us with technical support, and they will never use your data for any other purpose. Based on the agreement we have with them, AndersTransIP is obligated to take appropriate security measures, including SSL encryption and a strong password policy. Regular backups are made to prevent data loss.

Web Hosting

TransIP

We subscribe to web hosting and email services from TransIP. TransIP processes personal data on our behalf and does not use your data for its purposes. However, this party may collect metadata about the use of the services, which does not include personal data. TransIP has implemented suitable technical and organizational measures to prevent loss and unauthorized use of your personal data. TransIP is bound by a confidentiality agreement based on our agreement.

For our regular business email correspondence, we use the services of TransIP. This party has implemented appropriate technical and organizational measures to minimize the risk of misuse, loss, and corruption of your and our data. TransIP does not have access to our mailbox, and we treat all our email correspondence confidentially.

Payment Processors

Mollie

To process (part of) the payments in our online store, we use the Mollie platform. Mollie processes your name, address, and location data, as well as your payment details such as your bank account or credit card number. Mollie has implemented suitable technical and organizational measures to protect your personal data. Mollie reserves the right to use your data to further improve its services and, in this context, share (anonymized) data with third parties. The safeguards mentioned above regarding the protection of your personal data also apply to the parts of Mollie's services for which they engage third parties. To process (part of) the payments in our online store, we use the Klarna platform. Purpose of Data Processing

General Purpose of Processing

We use your data exclusively for the purpose of our services. This means that the processing is always directly related to the assignment you provide. We retain your data as long as you are our client. This means that we keep your customer profile until you indicate that you no longer wish to use our services. However, employees no longer have access to your client profile and documents we have produced as a result of your assignment.
